La Renaissance Patisserie: Where Paris Comes to Westchester

My own review comes into one of my favorite places!
I am an avid customer of La Renaissance. The quality is unreal.
Une Brioche (brioche bread)
This brioche is mind blowing. The butter used doesn't make it buttery, but more flavorful which you don't get often. It's best with a nice cheese, but on its own with tea or espresso is quite relaxing.
2 for $5.
La même brioche
Un biscuit de l'amande (almond biscuit/cookie)
This almond cookie is so thin, light, and buttery that it makes anyone more joyful. The almond is perfectly toasted which elevates the light texture. It's not the type of buttery that gets stuck in your throat or makes it uncomfortable.
$5 for 10-13 cookies.
Un croissant de l'amande (almond croissant)
I loved this croissant. The almond flavor and butter meld unbelievably different. Yes, this place uses butter in a keen way for most things, however, every single product differs in taste. Totally worth spending for.

However, the cakes and tarts are very expensive...but uber delicious.
